Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Agent that includes:

Your name, mailing address, phone, and email, plus a physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including its URL or exact location on our service.

A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Agent containing:

Your name, mailing address, phone, and email, plus a physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the U.S., to the Federal District Court for the District of New York, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or that person’s agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice at our sole discretion.

Misrepresentations

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
